Sarah Paulson (no, not the award-winning actress) is the Manager of Team Member Engagement and Experience at Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader with a comprehensive portfolio designed to maximize mobility and improve health. She is responsible for managing recognition, in addition to leading surveys and driving engagement for Zimmer Biomet’s over 18,000 global team members.Much of Sarah’s prior experience has been in People Analytics; however, she has also spent time in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partnering. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Westminster College (MO) and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.Sarah lives in central Indiana with her husband and their very energetic preschooler.
