As Director of Product Strategy at Workhuman, Adam leads the Product Evangelism and Activation Program Strategy team within the Product Management organization. Since joining Workhuman in 2019, Adam has played a pivotal role in launching key initiatives such as Inclusion Advisor, Moodtracker, Workhuman iQ, AdminHub, and, most recently, the Human Intelligence 2025 release. Through his focus on product evangelism, Adam ensures that market-facing teams understand both the strategic vision and the real-world challenges each innovation addresses—paving the way for a deeper appreciation and adoption of Workhuman’s suite of solutions.With a professional background spanning project and product management roles in manufacturing, industrial technologies, and marketing data technology, Adam specializes in orchestrating robust activation programs that deliver maximum value for customers. His leadership centers on driving alignment between Workhuman’s innovative product roadmap and the needs of a diverse, global client base, ultimately equipping organizations to unlock the full potential of Workhuman’s capabilities.
