We’ve got answers.

What should I wear?

The age old question. Most dress business casual for speaking and networking events, and casual chic for the social events. Casual chic – is that a term? Now it is.

Also, layers! The temperature in Colorado in May typically ranges from mild-to-warm in the day (65-75°F) and chilly and breezy at night (40-50° F). Check the weather forecast for Aurora before traveling for optimal packing.

What should I bring?

Whatever helps you learn best, and their respective chargers. Laptops, tablets, phones, notepads, quill pen and parchment. We’ll have charging stations throughout the venue to ensure you’re charged up.

Oh, and bring an open mind!

Will you feed me?

What kind of host doesn’t feed their guests? We will provide breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of the conference. We’re joining forces with local vendors to bring the culture of Colorado inside.

Monday, we won’t provide meals, but there are many popular restaurants nearby to check out.

Where will I stay?

Our official partner hotels are the way to go. From low-key to luxury, enjoy discounted rates at our eight partner hotels conveniently located near the Gaylord Rockies Resort, each providing free shuttle services to and from the event.

Housing is open! Sign in and book your room within the official conference hotel block near the convention center. For more information, see our Hotel and Travel page.

What’s the sponsorship situation?

We love our sponsors, because we hand-picked them. Sponsorship is a great way to loop in other innovative brands into our mission to make work more human. But we’re ever-mindful of the attendee experience, so we integrate sponsors thoughtfully throughout the venue to ensure that every touchpoint is a welcomed one.

If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor, please apply on our Sponsors page.

You gush, we blush

The biggest takeaway for me from Workhuman Live is always the networking. There is such incredible value in those relationships and connections that I make there.
