Holly is an Associate Partner in the Houston office of McKinsey & Company. She is primarily affiliated with the Firm’s People & Organizational Performance (POP) practice. Much of her work centers on helping organizations build high performance cultures and stronger organizational effectiveness.She has:- Led the organizational effectiveness strategy and implementation for an enterprise-wide transformation at an integrated energy company.- Integrated change management across a large-scale operating model and culture change program at chemicals company- Built a research-backed inclusive leadership capability building program, delivered to 2,000 employees across different sectors with measured, sustained behavior change- Designed and delivered global culture change and capability building for 25- executives at an Oil & Gas firm to adopt organizational behaviors – subsequently scaled to over 4,000 employees- Led a cohort of 15 companies through a 6-month program to develop sustainable DEI organizational strategies and build a DEI baseline through diagnostic analysis tools.Holly earned her bachelor’s in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
