Organizational Development Specialist, WestJet Airlines
Stacey Rodgers is an organizational development specialist with a strong background in corporate culture and employee engagement. She works with senior executives, training organizations, and human resource departments to increase leadership effectiveness and employee engagement. Stacey believes that taking care of your people is the secret sauce to success in any organization, and has spent her career bringing that idea to life. As part of the WestJet Airlines organizational development team, she designed and launched internal employee engagement programs that include award-winning on-boarding, employee recognition, and leadership development programs, as well as culture celebrations. Stacey’s drive to develop strong leaders and engaged employees has also led her to design and facilitate courses that include WestJet’s initial leadership program, Presentation Skills, and Communications Skills for Leaders. Her unique approach balances the needs of people and business in order to help organizations reach their goals, and soar to new heights.
