Mark is Vice-President, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion at Graphic Packaging International, a global leader in the packaging industry, with 10K+ employees, serving hundreds of the world’s most recognized brands.
Before joining Graphic Packaging International, Mark served as Global Director (Chief Learning Officer) Learning, Leadership and Capability Development for The Coca-Cola Company.
At GPI, Mark is responsible for providing enterprise-wide thought leadership and counsel to senior executives on all areas of talent, including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, performance management, succession, leadership development, and employee engagement.
He leads a team that translates and deploys best-in-class talent management and acquisition processes and solutions in a way that most effectively enables GPI’s culture and employees.
