Marine Messin is a creative visionary and strategic thinker who is passionate about organization development and committed to improving our organization and how leaders can contribute to creating a better workplace for all. With over 20 years of experience, she leads the Organizational Development Team at CAE responsible for Talent strategy, Leadership development, employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion as well as Performance Development that she recently redesigned and co-lead with Lisa.
Marine’s passion is to rethink the way we lead and deliver results. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing various organization-wide initiatives.
Marine lives in Montreal, Quebec and has lived 10 years in West Africa in her youth which has shaped the way she thinks and approaches life. She continues to enjoy travelling with her 2 children and visiting her family living in Malaga, Spain.
