Leadership & Organizational Development Leader, CAE
Lisa Stedel-Smith is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience working in global companies ranging from 8-90k employees. In her different roles, Lisa has experience in all facets of HR, with a focus on Leadership, Organizational Development and Talent Strategy in the last 10 years. In her current role in Leadership and Organizational Development at CAE, she has launched various innovative global initiatives and is currently co-leading the redesign of the CAE’s Performance Development experience as one of her mandates.
Lisa is passionate about making the workplace a positive and fulfilling experience for employees so they can fully contribute to the success of their teams and organizations. She believes in getting those beyond HR involved in shaping HR programs and practices to create a more inclusive and valuable HR function that meets the needs of all stakeholders.
Lisa lives in Ottawa, Canada, with her husband and 3 children. When not working, she enjoys focusing on her personal fitness and hosting friends and family. The more the merrier.
