Jeff Rieb is a 20-year HR veteran known for innovating and leading high performing teams. He has a passion for evidence-based decision making that has added value to organizations. He is currently Sr. Director – People Innovation for DaVita Kidney Care, a Fortune 200 health care organization with over 65,000 teammates across 2,500 locations. Jeff has held various HR positions throughout his career from multi-unit, field-facing business partner support; to leading the HR function for a region of 13,000 employees and $3B in sales for Lowe’s Home Improvement; to revolutionizing the People Analytics function at DaVita. Before taking on his current role, he was Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Strategy. Jeff holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wyoming and has received the SPHR designation.
