Carrie Leonard is an accomplished business builder and entrepreneur, and future workforce expert. In 2000, she founded Consequential, a consulting firm that works with Fortune 500 corporations and early stage companies to launch and grow new businesses.
Consequential’s agile talent model has coincided with the enormous shifts in the workplace, and how productive work gets done. Carrie holds an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, as well as a B.A. from Michigan State University.
