What is Workhuman®? The world’s fastest-growing integrated Social Recognition® and continuous performance management platform. Our human applications are shaping the future of work by helping organizations connect culture to shared purpose. With a consistent stream of gratitude fueling unparalleled, provocative workplace data and human insights, Workhuman® Cloud is a critical software engine for global companies seeking to motivate and empower their people to do the best work of their lives. What is Workhuman® Live? It all started in 2015 when the first Workhuman launched with a powerful idea – bring more humanity to the workplace. That spark started a movement, fueled each year by our annual conference. Tackling challenging topics like workplace equality, barriers to diversity and inclusion, and navigating employee emotions, this is where business leaders come together as a community to educate and inspire one another.
Workhuman Live speakers each bring their own unique perspective on the power of the human spirit. You’ll join the ranks of well-respected past speakers such as Brené Brown, Simon Sinek, Arianna Huffington, Shawn Achor, Kat Cole, Adam Grant, Susan Cain, Gary Hamel and more.
Who are we looking for? The Workhuman team is looking for experienced and engaging professionals who are passionate about sharing expertise and primary research topics in HR, leadership, and building a best place to work.
The ideal presenter adds to our Workhuman knowledge in the broader topics of well-being, connection, purpose, and communication at work. They’re familiar with available research on the value of gratitude, appreciation, and recognition in the workplace.
