Workhuman Live 2020 Agenda at a Glance

Join the movement! Workhuman® Live 2020 is coming to San Antonio, May 11-14. Together with the most relevant and experienced speakers, we’re tackling today’s most challenging workplace topics.

The conference kicks off with an “Art of Gathering” live experience led by strategic advisor, Priya Parker. Parker, in her book “The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why Matters”, states that gathering begins with “purpose”. Attendees will be able to connect with each other and share a unique experience.

Workhuman Live’s first keynote speaker is Daniel Pink whose session will center on motivation and productivity in the workplace. This best-selling author gave one of the most-watched TED talks of all time on this topic.

Brittany Forsyth, chief talent officer of Shopify joins us on Tuesday for her session, “A Real View on Workplace Culture.” Forsyth has developed several human-centric teams at Shopify including: Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, and Talent Development. She will explain how to design a culture that enables a company towards speed and success.

Wednesday is full of thought-provoking content including a session led by Freddie Mac’s Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity Officer, Jacqueline Welch. Her session, “Inclusive Engagement – A Human Centered Approach to Driving Inclusion in the Workplace” shows attendees how her company engages the differences of employees, suppliers, and community partners to address biased systems.
